There will be a minibus waiting for you at Warsaw airport from about 14:00 to depart for Torun possibly at 14:30. While leaving the customs look for a person (most probably our secretary, Anna Salamonczyk, a nice looking girl) with TOG - EVN Torun written with big letters on a sheet of paper. The bus will carry similar sign attached somewhere in visible place (front window?). It will take about 3 hours for the bus to reach the Helios hotel in Torun. One participant, who comes some 2 hours later, will continue the travel by Polski Express and will be accompanied by our secretary, Anna. She will carry similar sign as described above. This info may be useful in case a plane is much delayed or an unregistered participant arrives later than about 14:30. While registering in the hotel you may count on somewhat lower price than you might have seen on their www page, for our University has an agreement in this respect with the hotel. On arriving in the hotel the participants will receive some meeting materials. Next day, at 8:00 a bus will take you all from the hotel to Piwnice, the TRAO location. Opening of the meeting on Friday will be about 8:30. The detailed program is not yet fixed, but it will iclude a break at 13:00 for a lunch. At 19:00 local organizers plan a dinner in Piwnice. Some 2 or 3 hours later a bus will take all participants to the hotel for a rest after the hard day. For those who could not take part in the Meeting we are preparing a possibility to watch and listen to the discussions through the internet. This facility is not yet fully operational.
