There will
be mini bus to collect first group of attendee, leaving the airport at about
14:30.
Meeting
place Is the arrival hall at about 14:00. Look for a person with EVN-Torun
sign.
You can
wait in one of cafe places – the one on departure level is better.
Our
secretary (Anna Salomonczyk) will be there to organize and explain all
arrangements.
She will
stay in Warsaw to wait for late arrivals who will be provided with the
university car. Anna is returning with the second group (or just Richard
Schilizzi only ?).
Accommodation
in hotel Helios is booked for all, the bus will bring guests directly to the
hotel.
WARNING
Please be
alerted, there are thieves everywhere. Keep your documents, money and credit
cards in safe place, be careful with your baggage.
May 4th
(Friday)
The bus
will leave hotel at 8:30 and will arrive in observatory at 8:50.

a car at about 9:00 (from hotel)

participants to Warsaw
two Chinese
colleagues will be left at hotel Gromada near the airport (they stay two
more days).
We will
provide overlay projectors and a modern computer projector, fax, xero etc…
Local TV is
interested to make a short news spot –
probably on May 5th after lunch.
